Terms & Conditions for Returns
You can return any goods purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding all items purchased during a sale, discounted promotion, or special offer are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
There is a R250 return shipping flat fee payable prior to the upliftment of goods. If returns are more than one box, then Eco Boom SA has the authority to obtain quotes from our distribution partners and charge accordingly.
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items to be returned in a secure manner such as a carton box or courier flyer bag in order to avoid the items getting damaged in transit.
If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you after the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a condition to resell.
If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 5 working days.
Please note we will not accept returns of:
- Open packs of nappies or wipes
- Items damaged in transit
- Sample packs of nappies
Submit a Return Request
1. Log in to your account HERE:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
